The Red Owl Group is dedicated to promoting integrity, fairness, and accountability across the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation.  We believe in the vision of our ancestors — a Nation where leaders serve the people with honesty and respect, and where every Tribal Member’s voice carries weight in protecting the community’s future.

To help uphold these values, the Red Owl Group provides a safe and confidential place for anyone to report waste, fraud, abuse, or ethical violations in Tribal Government or Tribal Businesses.  Our goal is not to punish, but to protect — to ensure that every dollar, every decision, and every act of leadership reflects the trust of the MHA people.

We encourage anyone — Tribal Members, employees, business partners, or community members — to report concerns about corruption, fraud, waste, abuse, or unethical conduct that may harm our Nation or its resources.

The Red Owl Group is a grassroots movement by members of the Three Affiliate Tribes who believe the peoplenof our Tribe reign supreme over the Tribal Business Council through the power of petition and referendum. Our mission is to enforce our constitutional rights and to ensure leadership decisions reflect the will of the people.

We stand against unlawful actions, for protecting tribal funds and in working to educate and empower our fellow members to participate in self-government. Through legal action, petitions, and community outreach, we are building a movement that safeguards our people’s future, protects our resources, and strengthens our voices for generations to come.
