The Red Owl Group is calling on Tribal Members who believe in honesty, accountability, and the power of the people to help collect signatures for petitions that uphold the rights guaranteed under the Constitution of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation.
Our Constitution gives the people the right to petition and to call for action when our Tribal Council does not listen. By volunteering, you help ensure that the people’s voice remains the highest authority in our Nation.
