No one should fear speaking the truth. Those who report concerns in good faith are protected by the same principles of fairness and justice that guide the MHA Constitution.

Every district, every member, one united voice.
The Red Owl Group is built on grassroots strength. We organize through an Executive Committee, community coordinators, and district petitioners. This structure ensures that every district of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation has a voice in shaping decisions and protecting our rights.
