United for Accountability, Guided by the People.

Why Reporting Matters

Our government and enterprises are built on trust — the trust of the MHA people. When that trust is broken, everyone suffers. By reporting wrongdoing, you help:

  • 1
Protect Tribal funds, programs, and opportunities
  • 2
Ensure fair treatment and ethical leadership
  • 3
Strengthen public confidence in Tribal Government and Business
  • 3
Preserve the sovereignty and dignity of the MHA Nation

Your Voice Is Protected

The Red Owl Group takes confidentiality seriously. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality, and you may choose to remain anonymous if you wish. We stand firmly against retaliation. No one should fear speaking the truth. Those who report concerns in good faith are protected by the same principles of fairness and justice that guide the MHA Constitution.

How to Report ?

How We’re Organized

Every district, every member, one united voice.

The Red Owl Group is built on grassroots strength. We organize through an Executive Committee, community coordinators, and district petitioners. This structure ensures that every district of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation has a voice in shaping decisions and protecting our rights.
